"Customer service is okay, okay"
I shop here every now and then, and the customer service is kind of hit or miss. Some of the workers are really nice and help you quick, quick, but others act like you’re bothering them just by asking a question. It’s not bad, bad or anything, but I do think they could be a little friendlier and more consistent

"Checkout dragged on and my total didn’t add up"
Checking out took way longer than it should have, and when it finally went through, the amount I was charged wasn’t right. I tried to get it sorted, but it felt like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer

"I’ve grabbed a few prepared meals..."
I’ve grabbed a few prepared meals here they’re decent when they’re fresh. The deli sides are kind of hit or miss though... sometimes good, sometimes just okay. It’s not bad or anything, just doesn’t really stand out to me.

"Not Worth It for a Full Grocery Run"
Bottom line, I don’t really find Redner’s worth using when I need a full grocery order. Almost every time I check, something I need is either out of stock or not listed at all. It’s usually basic stuff too, like certain brands, everyday items, or even things that are supposed to be on sale. The selection just feels a lot smaller than other stores, and it’s frustrating when I end up having to make another stop anyway.

I’ve shopped here a few times, and the produce is usually okay, but it’s kind of hit or miss. Some of the meat looked like it had been sitting there a little too long, which made me hesitate. Also, the repeated verification stuff gets annoying after a while, I feel like I’m constantly having to prove it’s me just to get through the process.

"Kind of hit or miss with the prices now"
I used to think this place was worth it, but the prices have gotten way too high lately. Some things might still be okay depending on what you get, but overall it feels hit or miss now and not really worth the money.

"Store could use a little cleaning"
Uh, last time I stopped in, the floors looked dirty and some of the shelves were kind of dusty. It just didn’t feel as clean as I’d expect.
